1. Verify your Printer is Listed under Unspecified Device state:

2. Check your Printer is Compatible with Windows 10:

For this, you should right-click on the Start button. Then, you should select Control Panel. Now, you have to click on Hardware and Sound. At this point, you should select Devices and Printers.  And then you will see a list of devices and also for printers. Here, you have to check under the Unspecified section just to see if your printer is listed there.

3. Check Default Printer Settings:

First, you should click on Start option. Then, you should click on Settings and then choose Devices. Now, you have to click on Printers & Scanners which is in the left side. Here, you should Scroll down to Let Windows manage my default printer. At last, you should Turn the option off.

4. Perform a Windows Update:
